Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platform. By accessing, registering, or using any part of MA88, you agree to follow the rules and requirements described below.
Our digital gaming services are for entertainment only. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country, whichever is higher. By opening an account, you confirm that you understand the financial risks of gambling and agree to play responsibly within your means.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the contractual relationship between the user (“You”, “Player”) and MA88 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).
By using the website, mobile apps, or related media, you fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Promotional Rules.
These Terms are written in English. If there is any difference between translations, the English version will apply.
2.1 Only people who are 18 years of age or over are allowed to register and take part.
2.2. You are fully responsible for making sure your use of online entertainment services follows the laws of your state or country.
No employees, officers, directors, software suppliers, or affiliates of MA88, together with their immediate family members, shall be allowed to set up accounts or take part in any promotions.
To place bets or make a deposit, you must register a personal account with current and accurate information.
3.2. The complete legal name that you provide when registering must be the same as the name on your government-issued identification document (MyKad) and as the name of the account holder for your bank account or e-wallet.
3.3. You may only have one account. Any accounts created with different emails, phone numbers, or names will be flagged, suspended, and may be merged or closed.
4.1. You are fully responsible for keeping your login details, passwords, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes confidential.
4.2. Any activity or bet made with your login details will be considered authorized by you. MA88 is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
The Company may suspend or close accounts suspected of fraud, false identity, or rule violations during an internal investigation.
By opening an account, you confirm that:
6.1. MA88 provides its software, interfaces, and platforms “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees of continuous uptime or error-free operation.
The Company works to keep odds, streams, and balances accurate, but may correct any clear mistakes or display errors.
7.1. Deposits must be made entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by means of local bank transfers (FPX), DuitNow QR, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, or approved cryptocurrency payment methods.
7.2. Direct deposits must come from a financial account in your legal name. Deposits from third parties are not allowed and will be rejected or refunded.
7.3. The minimum and maximum deposit thresholds per transaction are those shown in the cashier interface.
Withdrawals are processed in MYR and paid to verified financial accounts with the same legal name as your profile.
8.2. Before approving a withdrawal, MA88 may require identity checks (KYC), such as clear copies of your MyKad, bank statements, or utility bills.
To prevent unauthorized transfers, withdrawals are only approved after your deposits meet the standard turnover requirement (1x wager).
9.1. Player account balances are kept in separate operational accounts, apart from company funds, to protect members’ liquidity.
9.2. If there are false chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit cancellations, the account will be frozen, the balance forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
10.1. Wagers are only valid if they are submitted, acknowledged, and recorded by the central server framework.
10.2. You must check that the stake amounts, market types, selections, and bet slip details are correct before confirming your bet.
10.3. Any bets placed after the event has officially started (except in the case of the designated Live In-Play markets) will be cancelled and the stakes returned.
11.1. Once a wager is confirmed on your bet slip and registered by our servers, it cannot be altered, canceled, or voided by the player.
11.2. Confirmed wagers can be reviewed inside the “Bet History” tab of your user dashboard. The server log entry serves as the ultimate record for dispute resolution.
12.1. All promotional offers, welcome packages, rebates, and bonuses are subject to individual promotional rules and rollover (wagering) requirements.
12.2. Bonus turnover requirements must be fully satisfied within the defined timeframe before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
12.3. MA88 has the right to take back bonuses, cancel any promotional winnings, or disqualify accounts which are found to be abusing the offers by means of risk-free hedging, opposite-side betting, or by taking advantage of automated systems.
13.1. MA88 continues to have complete discretion in managing, updating, suspending, or altering the features of the platform, the betting limits, the games offered, or the cashier rails at any time.
Decisions by management regarding account disputes, bet settlements, and rule enforcement are final and binding.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or prohibited purpose, including:
15.1. You are responsible for supporting and securing the mobile devices, computers, operating systems, and internet connections required to access our services.
15.2. MA88 is not liable for bet processing failures, lost rounds, or missed odds resulting from device hardware faults, local network latency, or ISP disruptions.
16.1. Platform features, game streams, statistical tools, and promotional programs are intended solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
16.2. The account will be terminated immediately if there is any commercial exploitation, redistribution of media streams, or systematic abuse of the platform’s services.
If system errors, server crashes, or technical issues occur during the settlement of a game round or event, the wagers in question will be declared void.
If the game disconnects during a round, the result will be calculated and stored on our secure game servers, and when the players reconnect, they can view the results in their game history.
18.1. The platform hosts software, odds feeds, live streams, and casino titles provided by independent third-party studios.
MA88 has no control over third-party content pipelines. It is not responsible for any operational changes, stream interruptions, or adjustments to the game made directly by external software providers.
MA88 has the right to cancel the wagers, correct any errors in the odds, or reverse the settlements which are the result of obvious mistakes made by humans, errors caused by the system, or inaccuracies in the pricing.
If funds are credited to an account as a result of a system error, the player should immediately notify support. Funds which have been incorrectly credited remain the property of MA88 and will be adjusted.
20.1. If a person fails to comply with any of the provisions set out in these Terms, this would amount to a serious breach of the contract.
If a breach occurs, MA88 has the right to suspend your account, retain funds in your active wallet to cover any damages, and report the illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MA88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses or data damage, resulting from the use of the platform.
The total amount of liability on the Company’s part in respect of any claim resulting from your use of the service will not exceed the net value of the deposits made to your account over the previous three (3) months.
22.1. All trademarks, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and domain names related to MA88 are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
22.2. You may not copy, reproduce, change, or share any platform materials without written permission.
If you want to file a formal complaint about your account or bet settlement, send a written request to customer support via live chat that includes your username, transaction ID, and timestamp.
All disputes will be reviewed using server logs and provider records. Support will respond with a resolution within seven business days after you submit your ticket.
24.1. MA88 may update, revise, or change these Terms at any time without notice.
24.2. By continuing to use the platform after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and applied according to international gaming principles and the relevant regulations for digital content governing
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or regulator, that part will be removed, and the rest will remain valid as far as the law allows.
MA88 may assign, transfer, or license its rights and obligations under these Terms to a parent company, subsidiary, or successor without needing extra consent.
28.1. These Terms and our published policies make up the full legal agreement between you and MA88 Malaysia for platform access.
28.2. If we delay or do not use any right or remedy under these Terms, it does not mean that right is waived.
If you are not satisfied with a support team’s resolution, you can ask management to review it by emailing through the official platform channels. Include your account ID, relevant round IDs, and any supporting screenshots.
